		<description>With most Eclipse plugins, you need to either unzip them into the Eclipse folder or into the plugins folder, depending on how the paths are contained in the archive. In some cases (this may have been the case with the web tools, I don't remember for sure), the archive even contains a top level eclipse folder and therefore needs to be unzipped into the eclipse folder's parent folder.</description>
